When you get to around 20 they decide they hate you. I’ve gone up to 20 3 times. Try cocoa butter massages and slather it on when stretching.
cheers for that, i don’t have cocoa butter but im soaking it in bio oil haha. it was fine and then one of them got knocked out at a gig :(
